You may withdraw from an Agreement at any time by providing written notice to us. If you withdraw after we have performed substantive work on your Claim, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee reflecting the work done to the point of termination, as set out in your Agreement.

We will keep all information you provide to us confidential, except to the extent necessary to pursue your Claim or as required by law. You agree to keep confidential any information we provide to you that is marked as confidential or that is reasonably understood to be confidential.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total Compensation recovered on your behalf. We are not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing at info@energyclaimhelpline.com. We have an internal complaints procedure and will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to your Agreement are those in force at the time your Agreement was signed. Updated Terms will apply to new Agreements entered into after the update date.
These Terms, together with your signed Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior discussions and representations relating to the subject matter herein.
